If we are going to get serious about changing our practices and really giving our students equity of access then we need to compare ourselves to some exemplars and ideals. This video talks about some of the prerequisite and required components for real 4Cs learning and teaching.
Watch the video below and compare it with what you see at your site. You might want to watch the video and then go into some classrooms, then come back to this task. Start thinking about what changes you could make as a site leader to get your teachers to be more aware of and include the 4Cs more in instruction.
