Building a good community in your classroom can be harder without that face to face contact. However, Liz Kolb's article outlines some great ideas to cultivate a strong community even during asynchronous time.
Read the article below and then write try one of the suggestions with your students. Write a brief 3-5 sentence reflection describing which suggestion you chose, how you feel the activities went and how you feel it encouraged your students to feel a better sense of community with their peers.
