No one really likes conflict and often, we try either to avoid or ignore it. However, as Sarah Gonser outlines in her article 'Using Conflict as an 'Avenue for Change'', sometimes, we can use conflicts as an opportunity to improve our processes, systems, and culture. 

Explore the article and then describe a time when you experienced conflict in your role as an administrator and how you dealt with it.
