On average, children receive their first cell phone at age 10. Parents (and teachers) have concerns about when, where, and how children are using their phones. Who are they communicating with? What apps are they using? 

As an educator, you may be able to decide whether or not your students are allowed to use their cell phones in class for learning purposes.
