By its nature, cyberbullying has the potential to affect us in ways that are worse than traditional bullying. The constant harassment, hurtful messages, and offensive content posted about the target can create emotional and physical scars that are difficult to heal and last for years. For example, victims of cyberbullying may socially isolate themselves due to losing trust in others or develop poor coping mechanisms such as self-harm or substance abuse.

For this activity, watch the video below. When you're done, think about the topic and how everyone involved in cyberbullying (the bully, the target, the bystanders, etc.) is impacted when it occurs.
