Cyber Drama: The Effects of Cyberbullying
By its nature, cyberbullying has the potential to affect us in ways that are worse than traditional bullying. The constant harassment, hurtful messages, and offensive content posted about the target can create emotional and physical scars that are difficult to heal and last for years. For example, victims of cyberbullying may socially isolate themselves due to losing trust in others or develop poor coping mechanisms such as self-harm or substance abuse.
