There is no shortage of data about our students.  The challenge can be to use that data to guide our upcoming instruction, not just use it to validate what we already know. 

How might you plan lessons based on what data tells you about individual students in your class? One way is by differentiating instruction for small groups based on needs shown in data.

Look at a report or some type of data (formative or summative assessment) on your students.  Pull a small group of students based on that data in an area of need.
