• History: Collect information about historical figures or events
• Language: Organize parts of speech and grammar rules
• Literature: Create a list of important characters and their attributes
• Art: Create pixel art, or make a database of famous artists based on their style or art period

Create an Excel assignment for students. Students could use Excel as a way to gather or analyze information for a subject-related assignment, or the assignment could teach them how to use Excel.
