Fair process has 3 principles, engagement, explanation, and expectation clarity.  Fair process is connected to the social discipline window and is about working "with" people.  

  • Engagement is about involving others in decisions that affect them.
  • Explanation is about ensuring those affected by the decisions understand why the decisions were made. 
  • Expectation Clarity is about communicating explicit expectations so that everyone involved understands the changes
