Using mindfulness in the classroom can help reduce anxiety and help students with focus. It does not have to be long, 5-7 minutes, and it can create a sense of peace and calm in the classroom. By utilizing mindfulness techniques, teachers can turn their classrooms into spaces that foster well-being for both student and teacher.
