Learning Activity

Photos can add a visual feature to your documents and get the reader really interested. Once you've added a photo you can drag it wherever you like, and watch text wrap around it.

You can add photos from your device photo gallery, from the internet or you can even take a photo with your iPad and add it straight to the document.

See below for some ideas and then have some fun adding photos to a document.

Adding Photos to Pages 

  1. To add a photo select the + at the top right of the screen and choose Media > Photo.
  2. Choose the photo you want to insert. 
  3. Hold your finger down on the photo to move it around your document.
  4. Drag any blue dot to resize the image.

Take a new Photo and Add

  1. To take and add a new photo select the + at the top right of the screen and choose Media > Camera.
  2. Take a photo and select Use Photo and the image will appear in your document. 
  3. Hold your finger down on the photo to move it around your document.
  4. Drag any blue dot to resize the image.
