In Tier 3, the student-level systems support the practices that involve the direct support that this tier provides to the high-risk students that receive help. The critical student-level systems that support Tier 3 Practices include the identification of student needing Tier 3 support, creating a team (as needed) for a high-risk student, the identification and planning of interventions necessary to support the student, and ongoing progress monitoring.
